Friday, 17 July 2009
Gosh Golly spoke at a seminar in Droitwich Spa on Wednesday, July 15 where Worcestershire business owners learned tips for surviving the current economic climate.
Members of business organisation, BNI Saltway, hosted the event. They shared their expertise on topics such as personal and business finance, making the most of your existing IT investment, getting value for money from creative suppliers and cost-effective marketing options.
The other speakers included Jeremy Smith from independent financial advisors Smith Weale Associates, Roy Everett of IT supply and support company Xponet, and Rachael Sturley from editorial services agency Katoli.
The seminar was the first organised by BNI Saltway. The group’s members are all local business owners who recognise the importance of word of mouth recommendations in generating new business. They meet every Tuesday morning at St Andrews Town Hotel, Droitwich Spa to learn about each other’s businesses in order to recommend them to others.
