Changing markets

There are many reasons for a company to rebrand, one of which is a changing market. Changing markets and new products, particularly companies now having a stronger online presence, means the brand needs to move with the times. Technology together with information available on the internet means customer’s expectations evolve, and so changing trends need to be considered through the brand and how this is communicated.

The company may have grown into an international market and the brand now needs to tick more boxes. Did you know that ‘kiss’ in Swedish means ‘pee’? It pays to check. There are some cases where companies have moved into international markets and have had to re brand as it’s name means something inappropriate elsewhere!

Lots to consider.
